JH Turkington & Sons have been appointed preferred bidder for the design & build of these extensive accommodation blocks, with administration building offering dual usage as quality student facilities during university semesters & conference & leisure accommodation through the summer break.
The contract consists of the demolition of the current dated 590 bed space accommodation & the design & build of new 620 bed space ensuite accommodation with provision for disabled persons.
This CCTV controlled site will have hi-tec links to the university IT system & will be a mixture of two and three storey blocks.
