Turkington Construction completed a 58,000sq.ft. food superstore built to Tesco’s specification in Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh.  Tesco have acquired the property on a 25 year lease through Turkington Property Development.

Tesco have taken a lease through Turkington Holdings for a Tesco Express on the Dublin Rd, Belfast.   The premises which were previously occupied by Christopher Wray lighting have been extended and extensively modernised to create a bright vibrant looking store in this busy area near Belfast City Centre.

Turkington completed the £1.6 million demolition and construction contract of the ultra-modern new Lindsay Ford premises on the Newtownards Rd, Belfast in only a 30 week period. The new premises are spacious, bright and modern which allows Lindsay Ford to maximise space and customer interaction on a relatively confined space.
